These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://scalecrew.io/ and other public webpages operated by Scale Crew HR LLC, doing business as The Scale Crew ("The Scale Crew," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with The Scale Crew for BARA, SignalForge, Custom Development, or another service, that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.

1. Website Purpose

The website provides information about The Scale Crew, BARA, SignalForge, Custom Development, technology strategy, business readiness, AI readiness, AI Agent Readiness, and related topics.

Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes.

Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, employment-law, or other regulated professional advice.

2. No Guarantee of Business or Technology Outcomes

Unless expressly stated in a signed client agreement, the website does not guarantee:

  • return on investment;
  • cost savings;
  • revenue increases;
  • readiness scores;
  • search rankings;
  • AI-search visibility;
  • implementation success;
  • adoption levels;
  • software performance;
  • website traffic;
  • lead volume;
  • remediation score improvements.

Examples, demonstrations, fictional scenarios, or sample reports are not promises of future results.

3. BARA

BARA stands for Business AI Readiness Assessment.

BARA is a proprietary consultant-led methodology of The Scale Crew.

The exact scope, interviews, evidence requirements, deliverables, timing, pricing, and responsibilities for a client engagement are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, or other written client agreement.

4. SignalForge

SignalForge is The Scale Crew's internal AI Agent Readiness diagnostic system for business websites.

Clients do not receive direct access to the internal SignalForge application unless The Scale Crew expressly changes its commercial model in writing.

A SignalForge scan evaluates the website and evidence within the scope of the purchased/requested scan.

SignalForge is designed to avoid intentionally creating real-world consequences during a standard scan and may stop before submitting a real lead, placing an order, creating an appointment, sending a message, creating an account, accepting binding terms, or performing another consequential action.

5. SignalForge Price

The current public SignalForge price is:

$249 per scan

Unless a purchase flow expressly states otherwise:

  • the price is for the described scan service;
  • additional implementation, remediation, development, consulting, or rescanning is not automatically included;
  • additional services require separate agreement or authorization.

The Scale Crew may change future pricing, but any price already accepted in a binding order will be governed by that order.

6. Custom Development

Actual specifications, milestones, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property terms, hosting, support, warranties, fees, and responsibilities for Custom Development must be established in a separate written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including text, branding, graphics, methodology descriptions, page design, product names, reports, diagrams, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to The Scale Crew and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

  • The Scale Crew branding;
  • BARA;
  • BARA methodology materials;
  • SignalForge;
  • SignalForge methodology materials;
  • original frameworks;
  • original diagrams;
  • original diagnostic terminology;
  • report designs.

Nothing on the website transfers ownership of The Scale Crew's intellectual property.

8. Permitted Use

You may view and use the public website for legitimate informational and business purposes.

You may link to public pages in a lawful manner that does not falsely imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent affiliation with The Scale Crew, misuse website forms, submit information you do not have authority to provide, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

10. User Submissions

If you submit information through a form, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, you have authority to provide it, and providing it does not violate another person's rights or confidentiality obligations.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.

11. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services.

The Scale Crew does not control third-party websites, services, policies, security, or availability.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

THE SCALE CREW DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SCALE CREW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE PUBLIC WEBSITE.

Any liability arising from a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of information you were not authorized to provide.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any court proceeding concerning only these website Terms should be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

Client service agreements may contain separate dispute-resolution provisions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms.

The "Last Updated" date will identify the most recent version.
