This Privacy Policy applies to the public Scale Crew website. Separate agreements may govern information we process while delivering services to a client.

Depending on how you use the website, you may provide:

information submitted through BARA, SignalForge, Custom Development, or general-contact forms;

When you submit an inquiry form, your answers are sent to HubSpot (see Section 4), along with the address and title of the page you submitted the form from.

If a third-party payment processor is used, payment-card information may be collected directly by that provider rather than by The Scale Crew.

We or our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

operating system;
referring page;
pages visited;
date/time of access;
approximate geographic information derived from IP address;

Google Analytics receives website usage information only if you accept analytics, as described in Section 6. Analytics information is separate from the information you submit through our inquiry forms; we do not send form answers to Google Analytics.

If you request a SignalForge scan, we may collect the website URL and business information needed to evaluate the requested scan.

SignalForge may analyze information that is publicly accessible on the submitted website.

Do not submit credentials, confidential information, personal passwords, sensitive personal information, or information that you do not have authority to provide.

2. Information We Ask You Not to Submit

Unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process, do not send us:

Social Security numbers;
financial account passwords;
payment-card security codes;
account passwords;
medical records;
government identification numbers;
highly sensitive personal information;
confidential third-party information that you are not authorized to disclose.

The Scale Crew does not sell personal information for money.

We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use personal information for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
